I made the Indian Spiced Lentils, which I found at A Year Of Slow Cooking.
I left out the celery, onions, parsley, and chicken, but left everything else in. I also used Vegetable Broth instead of Chicken Broth.
It was really easy to make, since I put everything into the crock-pot, and didn’t have to do any chopping or anything. I just measured everything out and that was it. I definitely want to use the crock-pot more- there’s so much I love about it, and it’s nice to have my meal simmer all day and not have to baby-sit it.
